EPILOGUE - How Much will it Cost?
We understand that not everyone wants to have their holiday Saturday to Saturday. That's okay with us.
Sometimes it can work out much cheaper to book flights mid-week for example, and so to make things easier for our guests we are very flexible about your arrival and departure days.
Please remember that the price is for the whole Writer's Retreat townhouse, and not per person.
The accommodation is ideally laid-out for two couples staying together, with each couple having their own shower-bathroom, sink and toilet. In addition to the double-bedroom and the twin-bedded room, there is also a single bed on the mezzanine, and a large sofa in the lounge that is comfortable to sleep on.
We believe that communication between ourselves and our guests is the key to having a good working relationship.
Our pledge to our guests is that we will bend over backwards to make your stay a positive and happy experience. In return we just ask for respectful use of our home.
Don't be shy to inform us of any accidental breakages, or report to us if anything is not working as it should.
And if you happen to find a model Citroën 2CV or Dyane to add to my collection, please get it and send me the bill! I'll be happy to reimburse you.
Rental rates are for the entire property.

In addition to the nightly rental, there is a one-off cleaning/laundry charge, regardless of the number of nights booked.
The charge is €50 when two people are staying, plus €10 per additional guest. Towels and bed linen* are included. However, if you are driving and wish to bring your own - the cleaning / laundry charge is halved.
* Bed linen = pillow cases, under-sheets, duvet covers. We can still supply pillows and duvets.
During the Winter Warmer season, because of the very high electricity prices, we regretfully have to add a £50 surcharge to contribute towards heating costs.
